Apple iPhone X

Apple iPhone X

Design

The iPhone X was a major departure in design for Apple, with a nearly bezel-less OLED display that filled the entire front of the phone. The home button was also removed, replaced with a new gesture-based navigation system. The back of the phone was made of glass, which gave it a premium look and feel.

Display

The iPhone X’s 5.8-inch Super Retina OLED display was one of the best on the market at the time. It was sharp, bright, and had excellent color reproduction. The display also supported HDR content, which made for a more immersive viewing experience.

Performance

The iPhone X was powered by the A11 Bionic chip, which was the fastest mobile processor at the time. The phone was also equipped with 3GB of RAM, which was plenty for most tasks.

Cameras

The iPhone X had a dual-camera system on the back, with a 12MP wide-angle lens and a 12MP telephoto lens. The camera system was capable of taking excellent photos in both good and low light conditions. The phone also had a 7MP front-facing camera for selfies.

Battery life

The iPhone X’s battery life was good, but not great. The phone could easily last a full day on a single charge, but heavy users might need to top it up before the end of the day.

Software

The iPhone X shipped with iOS 11, which was the latest version of Apple’s mobile operating system at the time. iOS 11 introduced a number of new features, including a redesigned Control Center, new Animoji and Memoji features, and a new Files app.

Overall

The iPhone X was a groundbreaking phone when it was released in 2017. It had a stunning design, a powerful processor, and an excellent camera system. However, the phone was also expensive and had average battery life.
