Samsung Unveils Extended Warranty Coverage for Galaxy Enterprise Edition Devices

Each year, Samsung unveils a fresh lineup of devices, featuring premium capabilities tailored for a professional touch, all falling under the Enterprise edition umbrella. In this latest release, Samsung has introduced a compelling array of seven devices, encompassing the Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5, S23 Ultra, S23, A54, A34, and the all-new Tab S9 FE tablet, all proudly branded as Enterprise models.

What sets these devices apart is the extra value they offer to users. Samsung bolsters user confidence by providing a generous two-year warranty, assuring the reliability of their products. Moreover, these devices benefit from up to 5 years of security update support and a one-year subscription to Knox tools, essential for securing, deploying, managing, and analyzing devices throughout their lifecycle.

Excitingly, Samsung France has recently announced an extension of the warranty for all the aforementioned devices, granting users an additional year of coverage. This extension means users can enjoy their devices worry-free for an extra year. Notably, Samsung Care+ for Business customers will also reap the rewards of an extended commercial warranty, stretching to 4 years for the same devices.

Frédéric Fauchère, Director of Professional Mobile Business at Samsung Electronics France, emphasized the significance of this warranty extension, stating, “This commercial warranty extension reinforces Samsung’s commitment to the satisfaction and success of its business customers. It allows companies to focus on their innovation and new associated business uses, knowing that their technological investments are in good hands. This initiative reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality products and services to support the success of our business partners.”

This extended warranty coverage will apply to users invested in these models as of January 1, 2023. So, if you haven’t yet acquired one of Samsung’s latest flagship devices, this announcement provides yet another compelling reason to consider making the leap. You have the freedom to choose from among these remarkable devices, catering to your specific needs and preferences.
