India triumphs over Pakistan with a 6-wicket win in Women’s T20 World Cup

India Beat Pakistan in Women's T20 Worldcup

In the International Cricket Council (ICC) Women’s T20 World Cup match, India Women defeated Pakistan Women by 6 wickets.

In the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, Pakistan Women gave India a target of 106 runs to win, Nida Dar was prominent by scoring 28 runs for Pakistan.

Maniba Ali scored 17 and Arub Shah scored an unbeaten 14. India’s Arundhati Reddy took 3 wickets.

The target of 106 runs given by Pakistan was achieved by the Indian women’s team on the fifth ball of the 19th over. Indian batsman Shafali Verma scored 32 runs and Jemima Rodriguez scored 23 runs. Smriti Mandhana was out for 7 and Richa Ghosh for zero.

Pakistan’s Fatima Sana took 2 wickets. Sadia Iqbal and Umima Sohail took one wicket each.

Indian bowler Arundhati Reddy was given the man of the match award.
