Microsoft Copilot Gets Major AI-Powered Updates

Microsoft’s AI-based chatbot, Copilot, has received several major updates, making it more advanced and competitive with other AI chatbots like Google Gemini and ChatGPT.

Key Updates:

1. Voice Mode:
   • This new feature allows users to interact with the AI chatbot through voice commands.
   • Copilot offers four different voice options for users to choose from.
2. Copilot Vision:
   • The chatbot can now observe what users are viewing and listening to on the web.
   • It distinguishes itself from other chatbots by monitoring browsing activities in real-time, enabling it to analyze text and images on the screen to answer user queries effectively.
   • Microsoft assures that privacy and security will be maintained, and any user data will be erased as soon as the Copilot session ends.
3. Think Deeper:
   • This feature enables the chatbot to provide in-depth answers to more complex questions.
   • However, responses may take longer as the bot carefully evaluates all possible options before replying.
4. Copilot Daily:
   • With this feature, users can receive summaries of news and weather updates.

Additionally, Microsoft has simplified access to Copilot through the Edge browser by allowing users to type @copilot directly in the address bar.

These updates are now available for Android, iOS, as well as the Windows app and Copilot’s web version.
